It wasn't like Christmas at all
E-word,
I got back from Seoul yesterday morning. It was a pretty long flight, and a pretty long trip, too. I was really ready to come back to the comfort of home. At the moment I'm pretty strung-out on jet lag.
Congratulations on the move! Renovating the house must be fun and exhausting. My house could use a bit of work (like new carpets, paint, I'd really like new kitchen cabinets and countertops), but we may hold off until we buy a new place in the future.
Are you done with all of your moving? I really hope I can make it out there for a visit, perhaps this summer? I'd like to come before then, but school, man, it wears me out. Again, congratulations, it must be a hell of feeling walking out of your house to your driveway to get to your car.
On my side, my trip to Seoul and Tokyo was pretty good, but with most vacations, I need a vacation to recover. We didn't really chill at all, Tokyo was almost non-stop walking and sight-seeing, and in Seoul we had lots of family to meet and greet.
Hey, when are you coming back out to DC? It'd be great to get some dinner and hang out for a while.
Happy New Year, man. I won't neglect our log as much now that school and travel are done with.
T to the O to the E
